Arrival and Departure
- Arrival Time: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, we kindly request that you arrive and leave the Pumpkin Festival at the allocated time specified on your ticket. The duration of entry is 2 hours from the entry time on your ticket.
- Early Arrival: Early arrivals will not be permitted entry before the designated opening time of the event. Please plan your visit accordingly.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive after the designated opening time, you may still enter the event, but please be aware that you will not receive any compensation or extension of your visit time.
- Leaving the Event: If you decide to leave the event premises, please be aware that there is NO RE-ENTRY allowed. This policy is in place due to high volumes of attendees and limited parking availability.
Parking
- Limited Parking Availability: Parking at the Pumpkin Festival is limited, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend carpooling or utilizing public transportation to reduce congestion and ensure a smooth parking experience.
- Parking: Parking onsite is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Alternative Transportation: Consider using alternative transportation methods such as shuttle services, or walking to access the event, especially if you are concerned about parking availability.
Ticketing
- Valid Tickets: Each attendee must possess a valid ticket for entry. For children age 18 months and under, entry is free and they do not require a ticket. Tickets can be purchased in advance online, subject to availability.
- Ticket Booking Fee: A booking fee of 50p per ticket is applied at checkout.
- Ticket Verification: Ticket verification will be conducted at the entrance. Please have your printed or electronic ticket ready for scanning.
- Event Entry: Ticket grants entry to the event exclusively and does not include a pumpkin. Pumpkins can be purchased within the event premises. Entry includes entertainment, music, characters, photo opportunities. There are other activities at the event that are available at an additional cost.
- Age Restrictions: Some festival areas may have age restrictions. Please check the event guidelines for specific age requirements.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please plan your visit carefully and ensure that you purchase tickets for the correct date and time.
- Lost or Stolen Tickets: Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. Keep your tickets in a safe place.
Security and Conduct
- Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on festival grounds: Weapons of any kind, Alcoholic beverages not purchased on-site, Illegal substances, Glass containers, Drones or remote-controlled devices, Any item deemed a security risk by event organizers.
- Behaviour: Please be respectful of fellow attendees, event staff and the environment. Disorderly conduct or violations of festival rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Dogs : Dogs are permitted on site and must be kept under control on a lead at all times. Please pick up after your dog and be respectful of our other attendees.
